Like many others, I've directed more energy to spending time outdoors. What better place to start...double the size of your garden. Adding a new field of vines has been the big adventure for 2021. Squash, cucumbers, and pumpkins were new varieties to hit the Goetz garden. This year we had the most amazing garden! Although we were in a drought, a new rain barrel system to collect water from the new barn roof saved the day. We had our first bumper crop of giant pumpkins sprouting and thanks to buckets of hand delivered rain water, they THRIVED!

It's a good reminder to keep growing - myself. Sometimes it feels like the grass is greener somewhere else...don't forget to water your own grass! It's amazing what we can achieve when our power and energy is focused on growing. Stretch into new ground. There are so many options to learn for FREE, you just have to put in the time. I like both formal and informal learning. This year I only took one college class, an Executive CX course with UW-Parkside. Actually, I was asked to be an advisor for the class and that gave me access to the course. It was more fun than I imagined. Sharing experiences I've had during years of tech expansion with results simply by focusing on the customer. It's all about the experience, near and dear to my heart.

Gear up for 2022 and your own rain barrel. Create memories through experiences, learn,

and THRIVE. Cheers!
