Pickled Eggs

I never thought I'd come to a point where the most exciting part of my week was making pickled eggs! Going on three weeks of working from home, social distancing and practicing only essential travel. This means I have a lot of time to think.


Got lemons? Make lemonaide. Got eggs? Make them taste like pickles. Weird, I know but surprisingly they aren't that bad. Like most of my projects, this was more about the journey. Slowing down life and enjoying the moment. It was a good day in the Goetz family kitchen. The process of learning something new, making a mess in the kitchen and laughing so hard my cheeks hurt. I wonder what else I can pickle...
